Privacy policy

Effective November 1, 2026. Applies to www.voltexam.ca, operated by Deeun Inc., Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

What we collect

  • Practice tests: your answers stay in your browser. We do not store them.
  • Early-access list: if you join, we store your email, trade, province or territory, the consent wording you agreed to, and when you agreed.
  • Analytics: cookieless, aggregate page-view statistics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights). No advertising pixels or cross-site tracking run on voltexam.ca.

How we use it

We email early-access members only about Canadian exam-prep launches and study content, under the express consent you gave in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We never sell your personal information.

Where it is stored

Information is stored with our service providers (Supabase and Vercel), which may process it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

Your rights under PIPEDA

You can ask to access or correct your information, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email support@voltexam.com; we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
